Transactions And Insights
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”Use Transactions to review what happened after card spending.
Look for:
- Merchant.
- Date.
- Amount.
- Category or envelope.
- Status.
- Declines or blocked transactions.
You can also open an envelope to review activity tied to that envelope.
Declines
Section titled “Declines”A declined transaction usually means one of these is true:
- The envelope did not have enough money.
- The card was frozen, inactive, canceled, or revoked.
- A card limit was reached.
- The wrong card was used.
- Family permission blocked the spend.
Insights
Section titled “Insights”Use Insights after you have transaction history. Insights may show spending health, category patterns, and budget progress.
If Insights is empty, create envelopes, connect a bank, create cards, top up, and spend from cards first.
Family activity
Section titled “Family activity”Use Family Activity to review household spending by member and envelope. Family admins see broader household activity than members.
